Cancellation Terms: There's no charge if you give us at least a week's notice. If you cancel between one and seven days beforehand, a charge of 50% of the first night room rate applies (for each room booked). If you give us less than 24 hours' notice we'll charge the full amount for the full duration booked. Special terms relate to part-cancellations, group bookings and conference bookings - see link on Essential Info page on website.

* If the calendar goes red on the days you are wishing to stay, no rooms are available for your chosen occupancy. If this happens you will need to choose an alternative occupancy in order to proceed.
